First and last time at Bigby. I expressed it was my first time but was met with rudeness, as if they didn’t want me there. I get it you’re tired, we’re all tired. The food was practically raw and uncooked. I couldn’t finish it, it tasted awful and killed my stomach. After reading previous reviews, I’m glad I stopped eating it. :/

I dont know how to post pictures in Google reviews, but I just wanted to say thankyou to all the ladies who were there today around 2:40-3pm I was there with my kids. I got them the magic milks. Which i took a Pic of one it was so pretty. Anyways, yall were too kind to my family.

*no real flavor (tastes like cigarettes) *long wait times even with no line *generally good customer service BUT.. This last visit I was asking for a straw to taste this sugar free caramel since they had no caramel (and I wanted to make sure it didn’t taste like cigarettes yet again) - she gave me the straw after being given a cola colored drink I asked was it caramel- she said yea it’s sugar free and closed the window~ end of discussion apparently. Never saw this worker either. Asian/Caucasian mix looking female with poor communication skills. Plus they didn’t have anything I wanted. Only returned for the salted caramel but apparently that is out of season and no regular caramel so I tried sugar free. Save yourself and go to Starbucks down the street or Seven Brew if you’re in the Cuyahoga Falls area and Scooters is pretty good too on the east side. They’re consistent and all have FLAVOR.

I’m a coffee connoisseur so I had to give this place a try. The pumpkin cold brew with sweet foam was delish! Very pumpkin-y. I got a large and didn’t want to finish it! The line was a few cars deep when we went and I think the owner was out there taking out trash and helping customers to keep the line moving. Will be back :)

RICO here Well let me tell you , the coffee is from Tanzania I believe ! Superb menu they got. Man I was wired all day long for sure , , great location , drive through window available as well as a walk in you can order there as well , I met the owners , great dudes , very meticulous on their job , Quite honest I was tired of Starbucks , something new is always fresh , Starbucks you better watch out , these dudes are coming hard . Staff very friendly and courteous, they have frozen coffee as well as smoothies . I love the quality Amd the taste of the coffee , there is some real caffeine with this coffee I tell ya ‘ am a coffee drinker, am happy To try the entire menu as we go . Overall this is a 5 star location. Market street can get busy but you can always park at the dollar tree store ! They are open for 3 days now Amd this business is going to be a hit !! High standards on quality , I hope this coffee joint always keep the quality up ! Champions never do !🔥🌖🌖🔥🌖🌪🌪🌖🌖
